The Assistant Manager of Rail Operations Training will assist in managing TriMet's initial and recurrent training programs for Rail Operations personnel, including Rail Operators, as assigned by the Director of Transit Training and Development. This role includes supervising Rail Training Supervisors and Training Assistants while overseeing the planning, development, scheduling, delivery, recordkeeping, and continuous improvement of Rail Transportation training programs. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will schedule initial and recurrent training to support service delivery and meet the requirements for new service start-ups.
