GGS requires a programmer with years of experience in next-generation sequencing data processing, analysis, and stewardship. The position comprises two broad classes of responsibility. The first is to be lead data administrator of next-generation sequencing (NGS) data for the Clinical Cancer Genomics Lab (CCGL) and Genomic Medicine Laboratory (GML).
