Performs difficult professional engineering work in supervising and participating in the design, installation, operation, and maintenance of mechanical equipment and systems, and/or in the review and analysis of plans and specifications for mechanical engineering features and compliance with code requirements; and performs other related duties as required. There is one (1) immediate permanent full-time vacancy with the Department of Water Supply - Operations Division in Hilo.   Examples of Duties: Plans, directs, supervises, and coordinates the installation, maintenance and repair of all island-wide plant facilities and operations including pump and chlorination stations, treatment plants, shaft facilities, telemetering and communicat
