Responsible for planning, scheduling, designing, technical review, contract administration, and inspection of reclamation facility and conveyance improvements. Participates in long-range developmental projections as required for budgeting and funding operations. Supervises personnel in a manner consistent with utility policies and procedures. PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS): Works with funding agencies to fulfill application requirements. Prepare and update the annual capital budget. Prepare and present recommendations to commission. Identifies required improvements to conveyance and reclamation facilities. Assists in the formation and administration of policies used to protect the
