Location: Anchorage, AK or Palmer, AK (To be determined)Base Pay: $150,000 - $215,000/year DOEEmployment Type: Full Time PositionDescription: The Railbelt Reliability Council (RRC) is a recently certified Electric Reliability Organization with responsibility for development and maintenance of Reliability Standards, Open Access Standards, Cost Allocation, Integrated Resource Planning and Transmission Planning for the Railbelt area of Alaska.  The Railbelt is served by six electric utilities as well as several government military installations, several Independent Power Producers, and the University of Alaska – Fairbanks. The RRC will utilize an independent Technical Advisor
