The Manager of Substation Operations is responsible for overseeing and directing all functions relating to the engineering, construction, maintenance and operation of electric substations as well as the engineering, testing, maintenance, and operation of the electric system protective and metering systems.  Responsibilities include working with the AGM -- Delivery to establish goals and criteria for the successful and reliable protection of the electric power system in compliance with NERC and FRCC reliability standards.
