Job Summary: FLAVORx is a leading provider of innovative solutions in the pharmacy industry. We are seeking a motivated and results driven individual to join our team as a Product Sales Manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to help market and sell our Fillmaster product line of water dispensers. This is an excellent opportunity for a results driven individual looking to make an impact in the Pharmacy field, both nationally and internationally.
Responsibilities:
This position requires someone with solution selling capabilities, experience selling value to customers, strong business understanding and strong people skills.
Directly and indirectly interface with customers; independent and chain pharmacies, distributors, tradeshow attendees, etc.
Responsible for guiding and navigating our customers through a full sales cycle.
Work with our Marketing department to develop campaigns to increase sales of products.
Work with our Sales department to create schedules, appointments, negotiate contracts, measure results.
Work with our Field Service and Operations departments to project field and inventory needs.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis, both nationally, and internationally to decipher areas for growth
Create and deliver product presentations to sell the customer on our product and filtration program
Sell our product/program benefits to distributors to enhance our sales marketing
Work directly with Senior Leadership to find ways to expand our water filtration systems outside of pharmacy, including but not limited to lab space, water industry, etc.
Solicit international distribution networks to expand our company reach
Stay updated with the latest water dispenser technologies/practices
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5+ years in Business, Sales, or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree is Sales, Marketing, Business or related field
Ideal candidate has solid experience in pharmacy sales, ideally pharmacy automation
Ability to work collaboratively with others
Experience in using quantitative and qualitative analysis to assess performance and make recommendations and future changes
Ability to travel upwards of 50%
Excellent problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with C-suite and VP levels as well as Independent Owners and pharmacy technicians
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

FillPure, our water quality division, includes a growing team of field technicians who are responsible for servicing and maintaining the water purification systems and Fillmaster dispensers. Demand for our equipment is growing rapidly, so we’re expanding our team across many departments to better serve our pharmacy customers.
