Focus on product innovation and development, supply chain, procurement and sourcing, manufacturing operations, service operations and capital asset programmes to drive both growth and profitability. Help clients with assessing all elements of their Sourcing and Procurement capabilities to become a source of value and competitive advantages. Focus on category management, strategic sourcing, procurement transformation enabled by technology, and procurement on demand managed services to drive innovation, cost reduction, and supply resiliency. Supervise and coach teams.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Operations Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field plus 6 years of related work experience, of which at least 5 years must be post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Operations Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, plus 4 years of related work experience.
Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:
Reviewing and mapping out the end-end supply chain of the client covering planning, sourcing, manufacturing, distribution, and commercial launch;
Using at least one of the following market research databases such as IMS Health, and Forrester and survey tools like Qualtrics, and/or Survey Monkey;
Conducting supply market analysis for each product and service category to support client's specific corporate financial goals by identifying areas they can leverage to gain better access to supplier and products to purchase; and
Creating long term strategic sourcing matrix to identify the categories to focus on by ease of implementation or value to business and help train the client staff via knowledge transfer.
