Quality Assurance and Control resource to support Operations and Customer Focus.  Provides quality control inspection support to all areas of product production.

• Participate in Receiving QC, In-Process QC, Lot History Records, design and qualification of fixtures, monitoring scrap, MRB, and returned goods actions.
• Review and Audit production records, including post-sterile QA release.
• Provide general quality support to cross-functional and continuous improvement teams.
• Assist in the development of the above processes.
• Implement processes to assure the quality of products manufactured at this facility.  This will be accomplished by working with a multidisciplinary team of professionals.
• Work closely with assemblers and supervisors to improve processes in various production areas.
• Supports the training of personnel to applicable QP's and WI's.
• Collecting and analyzing product samples, as well as recording data from analysis.
• Approving completed goods for market shipment.

• High school diploma and applicable trade studies.
• At least 2 years of quality assurance and control inspection experience in the appropriate field.  Experience in the medical products field and/or disposable product manufacturing is preferred.
• Must be proficient in computer skills.
