Requirements
- Must have at least 5-10 years of practical work experience in an Injection Molding Operation
- Strong and diverse technical background in injection molding processing, tooling, equipment, materials, manufacturing and quality
- Self-starter must be able to work with little direction and with a high level of self-motivation
- Ability to manage multiple start-up projects
- Strong communication (written and verbal) skills
- Excellent computer skills, Word, Excel PowerPoint, etc.
- Ability to think out of the box and recommend options
- Ability to lead others, responsibility may include indirect supervision of process technicians
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Direct experience in production with injection molding is required.
- At least five years of manufacturing experience is necessary.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Strong communication skills, both verbal and in written are required.
REASONING ABILITY: must have strong reasoning ability. He/she must be able to analyze problems, identify alternative solutions, select and implement the alternative and communicate the logic behind the decision to others.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Clean, fast paced injection molding manufacturing environment.
SALARY: $80,000-$110,000 per year. Commensurate with experience.
