Line Superintendent
The Line Superintendent performs complex technical and administrative work supervising the installation, maintenance and repair of electric transmission and distribution lines and related facilities; does related work as required. Work is performed under general supervision. Supervision is exercised over all department personnel in assigned district. Because the Authority has a responsibility to serve the public 24 hours per day, an employee in this class is expected to work overtime as conditions demand and may be called in on short notice during power outages and other emergencies. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
