OCI Beaumont is looking for an Engineering Manager to join our team in Beaumont, TX reporting to the Plant Manager. This individual is primarily responsible for plant asset optimization and owns the site-wide reliability engineering strategy. This individual will work closely with other OCIB departments to create an aligned culture around consistent, sustained, and effective policies and practices in support of the business plans, including operating and financial objectives. As a PSM governed facility, the Engineering Manager will be responsible for the overall Mechanical Integrity program of the facility and driving its total compliance.
