Senior Manager, Oracle Consulting (Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, San Jose, CA. Assist Director with leading a professional and diverse team to implement Oracle applications to solve business problems and fuel success in the following industries: finance, operations, human capital, governance, and risk and compliance. Assist organizations by using enterprise technology to achieve their digital technology goals and capitalize on business opportunities. Employ Oracle applications to assist clients address a variety of supply chain, demand chain, and strategic operations challenges and create sustainable change and continuous process improvement. Assess engagement risks, drive conclusions, and review the output produced by the team. Pursue business development opportunities. Establish and maintain client relationships and professional networks. Train, coach, and supervise employees with varied skillsets and diverse backgrounds.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field, plus 6 years of related work experience, of which at least 5 years must be post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field, plus 4 years of related work experience.
Must have at least one (1) year of experience with each of the following:
- Leading the design and implementation of Oracle applications-based solutions and modules, such as Fusion, EBS, and Siebel;
- Overseeing functional configuration and technical development of Oracle applications;
- Designing, building, testing, and deploying the technical components required for successful Oracle solutions, especially RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) design and development and/or Oracle Applications DBA; and
- Identifying and addressing client needs and managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing, and collection.
Travel up to 80% required.
