Position Summary As part of the Financial Reporting team, this role is directly responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of SEC filings, including the 10-Qs and 10-Ks, and coordination with our Legal team with respect to the capital market transactions and other miscellaneous filings. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prepare the Quarterly and Annual Reports on Form 10-Q/K, including supporting schedules, and assist with the internal and external review for these documents. Interface with all Accounting personnel and other departments in order to timely facilitate the completion of job responsibilities, including but not limited to, gathering, analyzing, and validating information and transactions.
