Hotels/Lodging for travel requirements paid for by company, daily per diem for meals as applicable.
Minimum pay of eight hours for any short days worked on a job, not included for shop time or travel time.
You need not have forty hours for OT pay, if you only work one twelve-hour day in a week, you will receive eight hours ST and four hours at OT rate. Saturday is paid at OT rate, Sunday and Holidays are paid at double time rate, and again, you need not have forty hours to receive these pay rates.
Simple IRA retirement plan will be available to you after your 90-day probationary period. Focus OAI matches up to 3% of your contribution in this plan.
Health insurance % reimbursement will also be available after your 90-day probationary period for full time employees based on position and time with Company.
Seven paid holidays are provided for full time employees.

Job location; Will vary anywhere in the US depending on schedule, immediate long term job locations are in the southeast. Travel by company vehicle, personal vehicle, rental vehicle, or by air with overnight stays is required. You may be required to travel and/or work on Holidays and Weekends.
Work schedule; Work hours will vary based on the schedule, long term projects will be forty hours minimum, overtime may be required. Typical schedule is for day shift, night shift may be required.
You must be eighteen years of age or older and have a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Any college education is a plus.
You must be drug and alcohol free, will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and may be required to perform random drug test(s) for any and all customers, upon request.
You must have a valid driver’s license, driver’s license and social security card are required for employment.
Three years minimum experience in machine optical alignment field. Must be experienced using Brunson, K&E, or Wild/Kern T-2 transits. Must be confident enough in your capabilities to handle new or difficult challenges to obtain quality machine alignment results.
Five years minimum experience working in machine installation and/or rebuild projects, preferably in the pulp and paper industry. Civil or mechanical experience is required, experience in both civil and mechanical is a HUGE plus.
Three years minimum experience with direct contact with customers, contractors, and OEM representatives. Must have strong communication skills both orally and in script. Must be able to lead and direct others.
Documentation of field services performed, must be able to document alignment data in a manner that others can determine what and how you did what you did. Must be able to complete sketches of machinery, document alignment data, and any conversations with others pertinent to decisions made as related to the task, schedule, or cost.
Computer skills are required, must be proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and Auto-CAD or similar software.
You must have a strong work ethic, we expect you to perform when you are required to be on site, we expect you to provide all services and interactions with the highest levels of respect and professionalism.
You must have a great attitude and the aptitude to learn new skills.
Must be able to lift 60lbs or more, work at floor level and at heights, use ladders safely and be able to stand and walk for long hours under various industrial conditions.

Project management, includes determining schedules, labor, tool, and material requirements to complete customer’s demands.
Generating proposals, attend bid tour and review scope of work (if required), determine the cost, generate the proposal and submit to the customer.
Sales & marketing; Develop leads, contact leads, develop relationships with potential customers. Attend trade shows and other professional events.
Safety, work with other Focus team members to maintain company policy manual up to date and to complete customer online safety documentation and requirements.
