Our site in Lebanon, Ohio is small enough for you have an impact on the success of the company while allowing you the support of our large parent companies, AISIN and Toyota. It's the perfect combination for a Quality Engineer who wants to contribute immediately but increase knowledge and skills through exposure to TPS and advanced manufacturing technology for the future. We continue to grow and are adding a new Quality Engineer to our team.
 

The responsibilities of this position include:

  • Supporting the development of quality systems and controls for internal manufacturing processes
  • Leading product launch activity
  • Acting as a customer representative by communicating with customers and suppliers
  • Providing day-to-day engineering support to resolve manufacturing issues
 
We are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications:
  • 4 year Engineering or Technical Degree
  • Bilingual Japanese preferred 
  • Fluency in systems such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA's and QS9000/TS16949
  • Proficiency in SPC and MSA
  • Working knowledge of GD&T principles
  • Familiar with DOE and advanced problem solving skills
