This candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of quality assurance processes.
Perform problem identification, resolution, loss reporting and continuous improvement
Design and implement methods for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection
Develop, execute, and analyze quality reporting measures
Inspect materials, equipment, process and products to ensure quality specifications are met
Collaborate with Engineers and Operations Manager to develop and implement controls and process improvements
Investigate and troubleshoot production issues
Bachelor's degree Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
5+ years' directly related experience preferred/ Automotive or similar background
Experience with ISO Certifications
Black Belt preferred
Strong knowledge of quality tools used in the industry
Analytical and quantitative approach to problem solving
